PMG’s dedicated ‘in-house’ Property Management division is responsible for managing over $220 million of commercial and industrial property across Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo, Auckland and Whangarei.

PMG’s hands-on personal property management approach and strong business acumen ensures excellent relationships with quality tenants and suppliers, which ultimately delivers greater occupancy, lease terms and valuations.

Led by industry specialists Steve Williams, Brian Berry, and Simi Mukherjee, who boast over 70 years of commercial property experience between them, PMG’s property team is committed to developing talent and technology.

Our professional team of facilities and property managers utilise and lead the development of our own proprietary in-house software – delivering exceptional management efficiencies.

Strategy

PMG has and will continue to invest heavily in operational infrastructure, including market leading IT systems to ensure world class service delivery is achieved and sustained for our clients;including tenant’s and owner’s own dedicated web portal for property reporting and maintenance requests.

We have also developed our own proprietary health & safety software, Forsite. In use by over 1,000 users across leading NZ property companies, contracting firms and government departments – Forsite is leading the property market in health & safety technology.
