Tony Brindle brings over 30 years of experience in property and hospitality management to PMG, including the past 15 years as owner of a five star Apartment Management Rights operation and commercial property consultant specialising in body corporate administration.
Tony is an executive committee member and past chair of the Management Rights Association, an executive committee member of the Body Corporate Chairs Group Auckland, past committee member of the Bay of Plenty Tourism Board and the Motel Association New Zealand Tauranga Branch, member of the Tauranga Chamber Commerce and past president of the Te Awamutu Chamber of Commerce.
Tony has undertaken extensive research and professional development to become a specialist on the Unit Titles Act 2010 and Unit Titles Regulations 2011. His expertise has earned him recognition as a key opinion leader in bodies corporate, with the Hon Nikki Kaye, MP for Auckland Central, inviting Tony to join a working group tasked with reviewing the Unit Titles Act (UTA) 2010 and Unit Titles Regulations 2011.
Tony is a versatile and pro-active person with a wide range of skills encompassing business management and operational efficiency. Having worked in highly pressurised situations Tony is excellent at drawing on his extensive body corporate legislation knowledge under pressure, and in doing so is capable of bringing complex situations to a rewarding conclusion.
Tony is keen on all sports, especially speedway where one of his sons is a top New Zealand sprintcar driver, Tony is a willing pit-man for his son’s races all over the country and more recently in America. A very proud family man, Tony has been married to Raewyn for the past 42 years, and has 5 grand-children. Tony and Raewyn are keen travellers, cruise ship enthusiasts and have travelled to countless countries all around the world.
